    • Monday thru Thursday; heavy snack on Friday

    • Prepare and serve lunch for approximately 125 people daily between (80–100 children; 20–25 staff)

    • This is approximately a 6 hour daily commitment (9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.)

    • Take inventory throughout the week to see what items we will need

    • Prepare and serve snack (only for the camp weeks that last 6 hours day)

    • Prepare food and surfaces using guidelines from Health Department

    • Have food ready and at Camp by 11:50 a.m. daily (food is currently cooked off site at a local church)

    • Take food and dishes back to Church kitchen

    • Label/date all leftover food. Store in refrigerator

    • Clean Up

    • Help serve the food brought for Parent Night on Friday

    • Arrive on time to help Cook begin food prep in local Church kitchen

    • Prepare to commit to 6 hours a day

    • Assist Cook in food prep

    • Assist in loading food into vehicle and driving it to Camp

    • Help to serve food to children

    • Help with driving food and dishes back to Church kitchen

    • Help with cleaning up the kitchen and any food prep for the following day

    • Help serve the food brought for Parent Night on Friday

    • Have training in CPR

    • Have qualifications for administering First Aid

    • Be on Camp property for as long as Campers are on the premises (4–6 hours day)

    • Introduce yourself at the beginning of Camp so the kids know who you are

    • Be aware of which children have allergies (potentially life-threatening) or other significant health concerns

    • Make a list at the end of the week of any supplies that need to be replenished

    • Choose games from Game book or organize your own

    • Be prepared with enough games to last 1 hour each day

    • Keep in mind our wide variety of ages (5–18). You may need to have separate games for younger children

    • Gather necessary supplies. Prepare for approximately 60 kids 1st week of Camp; 70–100 kids the other 3 weeks

    • Be ready for leading games each morning (usually at 11 a.m.)

    • Lead water balloon fight on Wednesday for Special activity

    • Know when your bus route leaves

    • Supervise and interact with the children while on the route

    • Take attendance and give out name tags as children get on bus

    • Make sure all the children are on the bus before going back home

    • This is about a 3 hour commitment daily (1 1⁄2 hours each way)

    • Learn the main songs (CD is available to listen to music; sheet music is also usually available)

    • Be available throughout the day to play (Must be present for the duration of the Camp hours)

    • Be available to play for the Parent Program on Friday evening

    • Cut grass with Zero Turn and weed eaters

    • Maintain equipment: sharpen blades when necessary, keep tanks filled

    • Be available for repairs around property

    • Experience with a chainsaw is a plus!

    • Must have a CDL with a Passenger Endorsement

    • Drive the route no later than 2 days beforehand; know your stops

    • Do a pre-trip check every morning before departure

    • Keep bus properly fueled for route (MMM covers fuel costs)

    • This entails a 3–3.5 hour commitment daily (pre-trip check, plus route to and from)

    • Be prepared to leave Camp property between 8:30 a.m. and 8:40 a.m.

    • You will have at least 2 bus aides on your route

    • Drive your route the day before (earlier is preferable); know your stops

    • Help maintain a safe and positive atmosphere on the route (you will have an aide)

    • Keep properly fueled. MMM will cover the cost.

    • Communicate any issues with your route to the director

    • This involves about a 2–2.5 hour commitment daily

    • Set up and test sound equipment a week before Camp starts. (This is the initial set up for first week of Camp; doesn’t have to be done weekly)

    • Must be present for the duration of Camp hours. (Must be present 20 minutes before Camp starts each day in order to hook up laptop and music)

    • Check batteries throughout the week on microphones/headsets

    • Be at the Camp daily for the full hours of operation (currently 4–6 hours)

    • Stay after Camp hours for daily Staff meeting and to help prepare for the next day

    • Sit with your assigned group during the lesson and lunch

    • Lead your assigned age group during the Small Group discussion time. This is a 20 minute class during which they fill out a workbook and practice their daily Bible verse (requires minimal preparation)

    • Supervise an activity for approximately 40 minutes during the daily “free” time. (Examples: Soccer, Volleyball, Basketball, Zip Line, Slip n Slide, Hay ride, Crafts, etc.)

    • Be at the Camp daily for the full hours of operation (currently 4–6 hours)

    • Stay after Camp hours for daily Staff meeting and to help prepare for the next day

    • Sit with your assigned group during the lesson and lunch

    • During Small Group time, your responsibility is to assist the teacher with crowd control, intercept distractions, and listen to kids say their Bible verses etc.

    • Supervise an activity for approximately 40 minutes during the daily “free” time. (Examples: Soccer, Volleyball, Basketball, Zip Line, Slip n Slide, Hay ride, Crafts, etc.)

    • Be on the premises for the duration of Camp each day (currently 4–6 hours)

    • You will have no other responsibilities. Avail yourself to just listen

    • This opportunity is similar to what you might label as a “Christian Counselor”

    • Be available to pray with a child or counsel him/her with Scripture

    • Look for children who seem to be sad or aloof

    • It will be announced to the children at the beginning of the week that you are available for them if they need to step away from the activities of Camp just to talk or get advice

    • If necessary, for the safety of the child, or other children at Camp, make Group Leaders and/or Director aware of any issues that need to be addressed

    • Ideally have female mentor with females/younger children; Male mentor for boys older than 10 years

    • Must be bilingual

    • Study curriculum (written in English)

    • Teach 2 classes daily, approximately 40 min each

    • Prepare for 15–20 kids

    • Stay with class at all times except for when children are supervised by other leaders during organized activities

    • Supervise children during lunch

    • Must be present for the full duration of Camp hours

    • Do not need to be bilingual, but it is an asset

    • Stay with teacher and children at all times except when children are supervised by other leaders for organized activities

    • Assist teacher during class times and lunch

    • Be available to help teacher prepare anything needed for class the following day

    • Be 15 years or older

    • Have experience with taking care of multiple children 4 years and younger

    • Love kids!

    • Watch the children during Camp Hours and possibly during afternoon Staff meeting

    • This requires a 5–7 hour commitment daily
